Miss.Tic, pseudonym of Radhia Novat, born on February 20, 1956 in Paris and died on May 22, 2022 in the same city, is a street art artist known for her works with stencil, mainly on the walls of the French capital. Artist and poet of urban art, his works appear in the pictorial and urban landscape from 1985.

Her work  often features poetic and romantic phrases combined with images of women. Her works can be found on the streets of many cities around the world, including Paris, where she has been active in the Montmartre area.

Some popular locations for her art include Rue Burq, Rue de la Vieuville, Rue Ravignan, and Rue des Trois Frères. Her work can also be seen on the façade of the Musée de Montmartre.
